Sind Sie erfahren im Umgang mit der Nähmaschine und haben Freude an der Herstellung hochwertiger Textilprodukte? Für unser Unternehmen in Borne suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für unser Atelier, der/die uns bei der Herstellung von Gardinen, transparenten Vorhängen, Raffrollos, Kissen und verwandten Produkten für den Inneneinrichtungs- und Projektmarkt unterstützt. Wenn Sie handwerklich begabt sind, gerne mit der Nähmaschine arbeiten und Freude daran haben, schöne Textilprodukte herzustellen, ist diese Stelle genau das Richtige für Sie. Sie können zwischen Teilzeit und Vollzeit wählen. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten und eine gute Vergütung. Sie werden Teil eines eng verbundenen und professionellen Teams. Was wir von Ihnen erwarten: Als Mitarbeiter/in in unserer Werkstatt (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie mit verschiedenen Nähmaschinen und fertigen und veredeln hochwertige Einrichtungsprodukte. Sie sorgen für eine präzise Verarbeitung, führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und bringen Ihre Ideen ein, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsprozess zu gewährleisten. Sind Sie teamfähig, haben Sie ein Auge fürs Detail und arbeiten Sie gerne mit Ihren Händen? Dann passen Sie perfekt in unser Team! Was wir suchen:

• Erfahrung im Nähen oder im Umgang mit Nähmaschinen

• Sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten

• Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Gute Niederländischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; wir erwarten das die Deutsche Sprache kein Porblem ist. Bei uns arbeiten auch leute die gut Deutsch sprechen.

• Geschicklichkeit, flexible Verfügbarkeit, Belastbarkeit, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Was wir bieten:

• Beschäftigung für 24–36 Stunden pro Woche

• MITT-Rente (angeschlossen an die CAO/Tarifvertrag)

• Befristeter Vertrag über 6 Monate mit Option auf Festanstellung

• Bezahlung von Überstunden

• Urlaubsanspruch

• Fahrtkostenzuschuss

• Tagschicht, Montag–Freitag

• Standort: Borne
