Wir suchen ab sofort 4 engagierte/n und flexible/n Kindergartenpädagog_in die/der Teil unseres Teams in einem Montessori-inspirierten Kindergarten werden möchte.

* Position: Kindergartenpädagog_in/ Elementarpädagog_in

* Arbeitsausmaß: 20- 40 Stunden pro Woche- je nach Absprache und Vereinbarung

Einstellungsvoraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung BAFEP/ Kolleg/ andere gleichwertige Ausbildung

mit Gleichstellung durch Gemeinde Wien

* vorbildhafte Deutschkenntnisse, Niveau C1

* Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen

* Interesse an der pädagogischen Begleitung von Kindern

Unser Kindergarten besteht aus drei Familiengruppen und drei Kleinkindergruppen,

in denen eine liebevolle und unterstützende Umgebung geschaffen wird.

Umgang miteinander. Unser Team zeichnet sich durch lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten aus,

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Als Kindergarten/ Elementarpädagog_in tragen Sie maßgeblich zur ganzheitlichen Entwicklung der Kinder bei.

Sie gestalten pädagogische Angebote, begleiten die Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung und fördern ihre sozialen und kognitiven Fähigkeiten.

Ihre Rolle umfasst neben der Planung und Umsetzung von pädagogischen Konzepten

auch die Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Kollegen, um ein unterstützendes und inspirierendes Umfeld für die Kinder zu schaffen.

In einem engagierten und kompetenten Team bringen Sie Ihre pädagogische

Expertise ein und tragen dazu bei, den Kindergartenalltag lebendig und

bereichernd zu gestalten.

Arbeitszeiten und Rahmenbedingungen:

Montag bis Donnerstag: 7:00 bis 17:00

Freitag: 7:00 bis 15:00

Einmal im Monat Teamsitzung am Freitag, ca. 2 Stunden (ca. 15:30-17:30)
