Functie Voor onze locatie in Helmond zijn wij vanwege aanhoudende groei op zoek naar een Engineer waar de ondergrondse infra geen geheimen meer voor heeft. In deze functie vertaal je de klantwensen naar een ontwerp voor de aanleg of vervanging van kabels en leidingen, van schetsontwerp tot gedetailleerde tekeningen. Dit doe je op een technisch logische en kostenefficiënte manier. Je organiseert werkoverleggen met stakeholders, bewaakt de voortgang en deadlines, stuurt tijdig bij en communiceert transparant, zowel intern als extern. Dit zijn de werkzaamheden waar je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor zal zijn: - Het ontwerpen van het tracé voor de aanleg van kabels en leidingen voor gas, water en elektra, waarbij de nadruk in deze functie ligt op elektra. - Het onderhouden van contact met onze opdrachtgevers, zoals Enexis, WML en Brabant Water. - Het onderhouden van contact met collega's, zoals werkvoorbereiders, tekenaars en uitvoerders. - Het opstellen van uitvoeringsbegrotingen en materiaallijsten. - Het aanvragen van vergunningen. - Het borgen van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van jouw engineeringsproject. - Het maken van een opleverdossier inzake de engineering. - Het sporadisch bezoeken van jouw projecten.
