Werken bij - Over The Schippers Group - Over ons - R&D & Innovatie - Fulltime - Hapert, Nederland LiDAR-expert gezocht: Bouw het brein van ons nieuwste project en maak wereldwijd impact! Bij The Schippers Group geloven we heilig in één ding: gezonde dieren zorgen voor gezonde bedrijven en een gezondere wereld. Wij helpen veehouders wereldwijd om de hygiëne onder controle te krijgen, waardoor we het antibioticagebruik fors verlagen en antimicrobiële resistentie (AMR) keihard aanpakken. Om deze internationale impact verder te vergroten, bouwen we in Hapert aan een hypermodern project. Jij krijgt de kans om in dit langlopende project te stappen en de hersenen van ons nieuwe autonome systeem te ontwikkelen. Geen corporate poespas, maar keihard werken, samen pionieren en jouw innovaties wereldwijd het verschil zien maken! Wat ga je doen? Binnen een klein, zelfsturend team krijg jij de absolute vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid over de LiDAR-ontwikkeling. Je werkt hierin dagelijks nauw samen met je collega's Willem en David. Elke dinsdagochtend kom je met twee andere collega's, Henk en Mark, samen om de voortgang te bespreken, waarna je direct weer doorpakt. - Je vertaalt complexe LiDAR-sensordata naar een helder format voor de hoofdcomputer, zodat ons systeem zijn omgeving perfect leert begrijpen. - Met behulp van Computer Vision en perceptie-algoritmes filter jij overbodige lijnen, ruis, stof en spuitnevel feilloos uit de 3D point clouds. - Realtime testen, visualiseren en razendsnel debuggen doe je in zelfopgezette virtuele omgevingen in Gazebo en RViz. - Je stapt regelmatig onze eigen demo bedrijven in om de kloof tussen simulatie en de fysieke werkelijkheid (zoals wielslip en optische verstoringen op vuile oppervlakken) in de praktijk te finetunen.
