In overleg met Bliss bespreek je de soort rollen die jij graag invult, denk hierbij aan projectmanager, programma manager, agile transformatie lead of procesverbeteraar. Ons commerciële team gaat vervolgens voor jou en met jou aan de slag om een opdracht te vinden, wij helpen met de marketing dus! Daarnaast kun je onze nieuwe generatie veranderaars begeleiden door middel van wekelijkse coaching sessies, zodat ook zij het maximale resultaat uit hun opdracht kunnen behalen. Er worden veel termen gebruikt voor onze Bliss*ers: Product Owners, Projectmanagers, Programmamanagers, PMO'ers, Scrum Masters, Implementatie Managers, Proces/Business Improvement Managers, Change Managers en Facilitators.
