Automation & GenAI Engineer Rotterdam + Den Haag · Fulltime Je hebt AI-prototypes gebouwd. Nu wil je het moeilijkere werk doen: zorgen dat ze betrouwbaar genoeg zijn voor de echte operatie. Bij WARP werk je in kleine senior teams aan digitale producten met gevolgen buiten je laptop. Je eerste uitdaging ligt binnen een complex, datarijk programma waar tempo, zorgvuldigheid en goed beoordelingsvermogen tegelijk tellen. Je bouwt en verbetert oplossingen rond LLM's, koppelt ze via REST API's aan bestaande systemen en zorgt dat wat je oplevert ook echt in productie werkt. Je pakt backendwerk, pipelines en integraties op, ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen en vertaalt dat naar praktische stappen. Minstens zo belangrijk: je kunt uitleggen wat de techniek doet, waarom een keuze is gemaakt en waar de grenzen liggen - zonder je achter jargon te verschuilen. Dit is hands-on engineering in een omgeving met veel stakeholders en weinig ruimte voor theater. We hebben plek voor twee mensen. Over jou - Minstens één jaar hands-on ervaring in een vergelijkbare AI- of automatiseringsrol - Sterke programmeervaardigheden en praktische ervaring met LLM's, backendontwikkeling en REST-integraties - Comfortabel in complexe, datarijke omgevingen - Een afgeronde WO-master - Uitstekend Nederlands, mondeling én schriftelijk - dit is een harde eis - In staat om technische keuzes helder uit te leggen aan niet-technische stakeholders - Gevoelig voor context: je begrijpt dat timing, afstemming en vertrouwen soms net zo belangrijk zijn als het technisch perfecte antwoord - Ervaring met LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, PyTorch, Keras, Azure OpenAI of Document Intelligence is een plus - Een verbetermentaliteit: nieuwsgierig, pragmatisch en nooit uitgeleerd Perks - Een plek bij WARP met vanaf dag één een inhoudelijk stevige uitdaging - Senior collega's, veel vertrouwen en echte ownership - Werk waarin AI verder komt dan slides en demo's - Hybride werken, met R...
