Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een sterke focus op engineering en technologie. Het team in IJmuiden ontwikkelt, implementeert en onderhoudt besturingsoplossingen voor productielijnen en werkt nauw samen met de operationele afdelingen om continuïteit, kwaliteit en efficiëntie te waarborgen. De organisatie voert zowel ontwerpwerkzaamheden als inbedrijfstellingen en updates uit en betrekt leveranciers bij FAT-testen waar nodig. In IJmuiden is men verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van controlesoftware, het opzetten van operatorpanelen en het voorbereiden van technische documentatie zoals P&ID en control flows. De rol omvat ook het leveren van consignatiediensten buiten reguliere werktijden om productieschema's te ondersteunen. Het werk vindt plaats in een productieomgeving waarin veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan en waarin technische teams continu zoeken naar verbeteringen in ontwerp, implementatie en onderhoud. De organisatie biedt een werkomgeving met zowel kantoor- als thuiswerkmogelijkheden en faciliteert mobiliteit en welzijn van medewerkers met onder meer een fietsplan en een sportkorting. Ze ondersteunen professionele ontwikkeling binnen engineering en bieden mogelijkheden om ervaring op te doen in commissioning en systeemoptimalisatie.
