Als Engineer Bouwfysica ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwfysisch ontwerp en de advisering binnen diverse projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit andere disciplines zoals werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek en constructie om tot integrale oplossingen te komen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers op het gebied van bouwfysica en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen voldoen aan alle eisen op het gebied van geluid, thermische isolatie, vocht en energieprestatie. Je denkt mee vanaf de ontwerpfase en draagt bij aan duurzame en comfortabele gebouwen die toekomstbestendig zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Uitvoeren van bouwfysische berekeningen en simulaties voor akoestiek, thermische isolatie, vocht en energieprestatie; - Opstellen van bouwfysische adviezen en rapportages voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers en projectteams over bouwfysische vraagstukken en oplossingen; - Toetsen van ontwerpen aan geldende normen en regelgeving zoals het Bouwbesluit en BENG-eisen; - Begeleiden van projecten vanaf ontwerpfase tot en met oplevering; - Samenwerken met architecten, constructeurs en installatieadviseurs binnen multidisciplinaire teams; - Bijdragen aan innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen voor complexe bouwfysische vraagstukken.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Het bureau investeert in de groei van zijn medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en kennissessies. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als senior engineer of projectleider bouwfysica, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere projecten en het aansturen van junior collega's. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke deelgebieden zoals akoestiek, energieprestatieberekeningen of duurzaam bouwen.
