Utrecht Senior 36 uur per week 12 months Startdatum op 1 oktober Interim opdracht Raad voor de Rechtspraak Engineer UC Voice & Video engineering Je werkt bij de base Samenwerken, value team Unified Communications platform, als meewerkend voorman binnen het team Unified Communications. Dit team bestaat uit 5 technisch beheerders, 1 functioneel beheerder, 1 Service delivery manager, 2 externe UC specialisten, 1 product owner en 1 scrum master. Samen met je collega's sta jij in voor de operationele dienstverlening en doorontwikkeling rondom digitale communicatie en samenwerking. Jij waarborgt de continuiteit van de video-, telefonie- en streaming-diensten en lost incidenten op. Hier valt zowel technisch en functioneel beheer onder. Als senior UC engineer (voice en video) en ervaren teamlead leid je de beheerders en zorgt ervoor dat alle diensten als een zonnetje draaien. Ook motiveer en activeer je de medecollega's. Maar daar houdt je werk zeker niet op. In nauwe samenwerking met de Service Delivery Manager geef je ook mee vorm aan innovatie en verandering. Hoe kunnen we onze diensten stroomlijnen en de UC&C eindgebruikers ervaring verbeteren en versimpelen? Hoe brengen we deze naar een hoger niveau? Je leid wekelijkse operationele/technische calls met het team en de leveranciers, brengt het beheer team samen met je Voice en Video kennis en zorgt voor structuur en werkverdeling. Je houd het overzicht en in samenwerking met de PO prioritiseer je het werk. Achtergrond opdracht De 2 externe UC specialisten gaan het komend jaar het team verlaten. Meerdere nieuwe diensten raken operationeel, zoals teams telefonie, Contactcenter, Nieuwe Online zitten videoplatform (Pexip) en nog veel meer. Aan jou om het team uit te lijnen op de nieuwe diensten en ontwikkelingen op technisch en operationeel vlak.
