Het cluster Cloud en Big Data (CBD) is binnen het Infrabedrijf verantwoordelijk voor platformen voor big data en AI. Het cluster bestaat uit zeven Scrum teams die ieder verantwoordelijk zijn voor producten waaruit het platform is opgebouwd. Dit zijn producten in de volledige technologiestack van hardware, via Kubernetes en Openshift clusters, tot SaaS-oplossingen. Binnen deze opdracht maak je deel uit van team Olympic. Dit team is het Platform Enablement Team voor Openshift. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en leveren van diensten vanaf het Openshift Platform, en ondersteun je de 100+ aangesloten DevOps-teams bij het gebruik maken van OpenShift voor applicaties die het politiewerk faciliteren. Het team werkt volgens de GitOps methodiek, en automation-as-code en infrastructure-as-code spelen een grote rol in je werkzaamheden. Als Openshift engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van het onderliggende platform waarmee we onze diensten leveren. Ook heb je een begeleidende rol bij de onboarding van nieuwe teams op het platform. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in de migratie in de migratie van afnemers tussen OpenShift-omgevingen. Werkzaamheden/ taken, verantwoordelijkheden & doelstellingen: - Platform Enablement: je bent met je team het aanspreekpunt voor 100+ DevOps teams die van OpenShift gebruikmaken. Je ondersteunt bij onboarding, je pakt hulpvragen en wijzigingsverzoeken op en je bent de schakel tussen de DevOps teams en het Platform team. - Life Cycle Management: je controleert en test de ~30 operators. Daarnaast wordt jaarlijks een disaster recovery test van het complete platf...
