Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf in de chemische industrie dat zich richt op recyclingactiviteiten en het terugwinnen van grondstoffen uit afgedankte autobanden. De vestiging in Farmsum wordt opgezet als een continu 24/7 bedrijf en speelt een rol in de regionale werkgelegenheid. De organisatie biedt een compleet opleidings- en ontwikkeltraject voor medewerkers en voert langdurige samenwerkingen met industriële partners om operationele continuïteit te borgen. De locatie kent investeringen in nieuwe installaties en een grootschalig project van 285 miljoen euro dat de basis vormt voor de productie- en recyclingcapaciteit. - Je analyseert storingen van automatisering en instrumentatie en lost deze systematisch op

- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert procedurele onderhoudsplannen als Maintenance Engineer

- Je optimaliseert productieprocessen en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van systemen

- Je zorgt voor actuele documentatie en naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen als Maintenance Engineer

- Je werkt nauw samen met operators en andere technische teams en ondersteunt het inwerken en trainen
