De organisatie heeft een sterke focus op operationele veiligheid en naleving van elektrische veiligheidsprogramma's en hanteert strikte procedures voor kalibratie en validatie van kritische instrumenten. In Rotterdam voeren medewerkers regelmatig onderhoud en controle uit aan utilities en installaties zoals stikstofinstallaties, koelinstallaties en luchtcompressoren en registreren zij alle kalibratie- en validatieresultaten zorgvuldig. De werkvloer vraagt om discipline op het gebied van housekeeping en het naleven van plantveiligheidsregels om een veilige en schone productieomgeving te waarborgen. Het team werkt in direct verband met technische ondersteuningsactiviteiten en draagt zorg voor het beheer van meet- en testapparatuur en de borging van kalibratie-instrumenten.
