The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Waalwijk werk je aan de volledige elektrische besturing van machines: van ontwerp en componentkeuze tot PLC-programmering, paneelbouw en inbedrijfstelling. Je vertaalt de gewenste machinewerking naar een betrouwbare besturing, inclusief veiligheid en HMI. Daarbij draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de elektrische uitvoering als de werking van het complete systeem. De projecten variëren in omvang en worden in binnen- en buitenland gerealiseerd. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je engineering af met praktisch werk in de werkplaats en bij klanten. Je programmeert machinebesturingen, regelt dynamische systemen in en zoekt complexe storingen uit. Dat kan ook betekenen dat je met softwarecollega’s een fout in pc-software onderzoekt of databasegegevens analyseert. Je werkt samen met elektro-engineers, projectleiding, verkoop en machinebouw. Door die brede betrokkenheid verdiep je je kennis van de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek, software en mechanica, met ruimte om je talenten verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Programmeren van complete machinebesturingen, inclusief veiligheidsfuncties en HMI - Inbedrijfstellen van machines en inregelen van dynamische systemen - Ontwerpen van elektrische besturingen, tekenen van schema’s en inkopen van componenten - Assisteren bij paneelbouw en systeembedrading in de werkplaats en op locatie - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe storingen, ook in samenhang met pc-software en databases - Technisch ondersteunen van collega’s op locatie en controleren van de complete machinewerking - Uitwerken van structurele verbeteringen in elektrotechniek, besturing, mechanica en processen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau door opleiding en/of werkervaring - Ervaring met het programmeren van machinebesturingen, bij voorkeur met Siemens PLC’s - Brede kennis van computers en IT en affiniteit met machinebouw - Bereidheid om machines te installeren in Nederland en incidenteel in het buitenland - Ervaring met elektr.
