The posting

Bij een producent van aardappelproducten in Broekhuizenvorst werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van industriële automatisering. Je onderhoudt en verbetert PLC- en SCADA-systemen en vertaalt de onderhoudsbehoefte van installaties naar een praktisch onderhoudsplan. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar besturingen, maar ook naar de beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van industriële en office-netwerken. Je bewaakt het VGHM-beleid en zorgt dat technische documentatie en licenties op orde blijven. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je werkzaamheden af met productie, onderhoud en IT. Je onderzoekt storingen samen met mechanische en elektrotechnische collega's en werkt zowel zelfstandig aan projecten als binnen een automationteam van circa zes collega's. Ongeveer de helft van je werk bestaat uit PLC- en automatiseringsontwikkeling, naast implementatie, inbedrijfstelling en optimalisatie. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis door verbeteringen te ontwikkelen, in bedrijf te stellen en in de productiepraktijk te toetsen. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en verbeteren van PLC- en SCADA-systemen voor productie-installaties - Opstellen, uitvoeren en continu verbeteren van het automatiseringsonderhoudsplan - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden tussen productie, onderhoud en IT als aanspreekpunt op locatie - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen met mechanische en elektrotechnische collega's - Controleren van industriële en office-netwerken op beschikbaarheid en veiligheid - Uitvoeren van automatiseringsprojecten, van ontwikkeling tot implementatie en inbedrijfstelling - Beheren van licenties en technische documentatie en naleven van het VGHM-beleid Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Kennis van en ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-systemen - Kennis van en ervaring met industriële en office-netwerken - Een proactieve, constructieve houding bij onderhoud, storingen en verbeteringen - Natuurlijk overwicht om werkzaamheden en..
