Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Deurne werk je aan industriële besturingssystemen voor uiteenlopende industrieën. Je ontwikkelt, test en optimaliseert software en hardware en blijft betrokken van engineering tot inbedrijfstelling. De organisatie zet steeds meer in op robotica en slimme automatisering. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar praktische besturingsoplossingen en denkt mee over de betrouwbaarheid en verdere verbetering van installaties. Daarbij combineer je kennis van PLC-programmering en HMI-systemen met een gestructureerde aanpak van technische vraagstukken. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je oplossingen met collega's en klanten, werk je besturingssoftware uit en controleer je of de installatie functioneert zoals bedoeld. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en ruimte om technische keuzes te onderbouwen. Binnen het team zijn de communicatielijnen kort. Via opleidingen en trainingen kun je je kennis van industriële automatisering verdiepen en je verder ontwikkelen in robotica. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van software en hardware voor industriële besturingssystemen - Uitwerken van PLC-besturingen en HMI-bediening op basis van functionele eisen - Vertalen van klantwensen naar betrouwbare, praktisch uitvoerbare automatiseringsoplossingen - Testen van besturingsfuncties en analyseren en oplossen van afwijkingen - In bedrijf stellen van installaties en controleren van de werking - Afstemmen van technische keuzes met collega's en klanten - Meedenken over slimme automatisering en de toepassing van robotica Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Enige ervaring met softwareontwikkeling voor industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering en HMI-systemen - Ervaring met CODESYS of Siemens TIA Portal - Een gestructureerde, oplossingsgerichte werkwijze en heldere communicatie met collega's en klanten - Interesse in robotica en de motivatie om je h.
