Bij een technisch advies- en ingenieursbureau in Echt werk je aan besturingen voor industriële installaties en machines. Binnen de afdeling Software & Control programmeer je complete installaties of afzonderlijke machinedelen, voor interne projecten of bij klanten. De opdrachtgevers zijn actief in onder meer de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, machinebouw, chemie en semiconductorindustrie. Je combineert kennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen met inzicht in elektrotechnische schema’s, procesdiagrammen en de werking van machines. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je technische eisen naar besturingssoftware, test je de werking en ondersteun je de inbedrijfstelling bij eindklanten. Je levert je werk op met controledocumenten en stemt planning en voortgang af met de lead engineer of projectleider. Ook begeleid je junior programmeurs bij hun werk. Met vakinhoudelijke collega’s en opleidingsmogelijkheden kun je je verder ontwikkelen in industriële automatisering en ruimte geven aan innovatieve, duurzame oplossingen. Functie-inhoud - Programmeren van PLC-besturingen voor installaties, machines en afzonderlijke machinedelen - Testen en in bedrijf stellen van besturingstechnische installaties bij eindklanten - Lezen en toepassen van elektrotechnische schema’s en P&ID’s - Opleveren van besturingssoftware met bijbehorende controledocumenten - Afstemmen van planning en voortgang met de lead engineer en projectleider - Begeleiden van junior programmeurs bij hun technische werkzaamheden Functie-eisen - Een hbo-diploma in Automatisering en/of Besturingstechniek - Kennis van fabrieksorganisaties of machinebouw en relevante veiligheids- en overheidsvoorschriften - Kennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen, zoals Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley of WinCC - Ervaring met testen en inbedrijfstelling en het lezen van elektrotechnische schema’s en/of P&ID’s - Vaardigheid met kantoorsoftware en planning; kennis van aandrijftechniek en industriële veldbussen is een pre - Goede beheersing van..
