Bij een technisch specialist werk je aan de automatisering van industriële systemen bij een opdrachtgever in de regio Eindhoven. Als Engineer Industriële Automatisering vertaal je functionele wensen naar besturingen die processen en machines betrouwbaar laten werken. Je richt je op de samenhang tussen PLC-software, bediening en de aangesloten hardware. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de werking van afzonderlijke componenten, maar ook naar storingsgedrag, onderhoudbaarheid en een heldere bediening voor operators. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je software-engineering met testen, foutanalyse en technische afstemming. Je bespreekt besturingskeuzes met collega-engineers en stemt de werking af met de mensen die de installatie gebruiken en onderhouden. Je werkt gestructureerd, legt wijzigingen vast en zoekt naar oplossingen die ook op langere termijn begrijpelijk blijven. Zo verdiep je je in PLC-programmering, HMI-toepassingen en industriële communicatie, met aandacht voor zowel softwarekwaliteit als de praktische werking op de werkvloer. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingslogica voor industriële systemen - PLC-software ontwikkelen, aanpassen en gestructureerd testen - HMI-schermen inrichten voor bediening, statusinformatie en alarmen - Signaaluitwisseling tussen PLC, sensoren en aandrijvingen controleren - Storingen analyseren en verbeteringen in de besturing doorvoeren - Technische wijzigingen documenteren en afstemmen met betrokken collega's Functie-eisen - Een technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische kennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal - Inzicht in HMI-toepassingen en de opbouw van industriële besturingen - Basiskennis van industriële netwerken, zoals PROFINET of Modbus - Elektrotechnische schema's kunnen lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Zelfstandig technische vraagstukken oppakken en helder overleggen met collega's Aanbod -..
