Als engineer industriële automatisering in Montfoort werk je binnen de installatietechniek aan de besturing van technische installaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica en houdt daarbij rekening met veiligheid, bedrijfszekerheid en onderhoudbaarheid. De kern van je werk ligt bij PLC-software, HMI-bediening en de koppeling tussen sensoren, actuatoren en bovenliggende systemen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de code, maar ook naar het gedrag van de complete installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je engineering met testen, storingsanalyse en ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstelling. Je stemt technische keuzes af met elektrotechnische collega's en bespreekt met gebruikers hoe een installatie moet functioneren. Daarbij leer je verder over industriële communicatie, softwarestructuur en het inzichtelijk maken van procesgegevens. Zo ontwikkel je je als engineer die software en installatietechniek met elkaar verbindt. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingsontwerpen en PLC-software - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmen - Communicatie tussen PLC's, veldcomponenten en bovenliggende systemen configureren - Besturingssoftware testen en ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstelling van installaties - Storingen analyseren aan de hand van software, signalen en elektrische schema's - Softwarewijzigingen documenteren en afstemmen met elektrotechnische collega's Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van een gangbaar automatiseringsplatform, zoals Siemens TIA Portal of vergelijkbaar - Inzicht in HMI-bediening en industriële communicatie, zoals Profinet of Modbus - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema's en het systematisch analyseren van storingen - Je kunt technische keuzes helder toelichten en zorgvuldig vastleggen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800.
