The posting

Bij een organisatie gericht op industriële automatisering in Oosterhout ontwikkel je besturingsoplossingen voor productieapparatuur. Je vertaalt de werking van machines en processen naar PLC-software en configureert HMI- en SCADA-systemen voor bediening en monitoring. Daarbij werk je met TIA Portal en TwinCAT en programmeer je in Structured Text en Ladder. Je verantwoordelijkheid loopt van softwareontwikkeling en testen tot implementatie, inbedrijfstelling en ondersteuning na oplevering. Je besteedt circa 50% van je tijd aan softwareontwikkeling, 30% aan implementatie en inbedrijfstelling op locatie en 20% aan testen, nazorg en support. Je voert zelfstandig projecten uit en werkt samen in teams van drie tot vijf engineers. Met technici en operators analyseer je storingen en bespreek je procesverbeteringen. Door software te debuggen, wijzigingen met Git te beheren en testresultaten vast te leggen, verdiep je je kennis van betrouwbare besturingen en onderhoudbare automatiseringssoftware. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen van PLC-software in Structured Text en Ladder met TIA Portal en TwinCAT - Configureren van HMI- en SCADA-systemen voor procesbediening en monitoring - Implementeren en in bedrijf stellen van besturingsoplossingen op locatie - Testen, debuggen en valideren van besturingssoftware en vastleggen van resultaten - Leveren van remote support en uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en procesoptimalisaties op locatie - Instrueren en trainen van technici en operators in bediening en storingsopvolging - Beheren van softwareversies met Git en documenteren van wijzigingen, onderhoud en oplevering Functie-eisen - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met PLC-programmering in IEC 61131-3-talen, waaronder Structured Text en Ladder - Kennis van TIA Portal en TwinCAT en inzicht in HMI- en SCADA-configuratie - Vaardigheid in softwaretesten, debugging en versiebeheer met Git - Zelfstandig kunnen werken aan proj.
