The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende voedingsmiddelenproducent in Zaandam werk je aan de besturing en automatisering van productie-installaties. Als Engineer Industriële Automatisering vertaal je wensen vanuit de organisatie naar technische oplossingen met PLC-, HMI-, SCADA- en MES-systemen. Je maakt deel uit van Engineering en Maintenance en bent binnen projecten verantwoordelijk voor automatiseringsvraagstukken, van functioneel ontwerp tot het testen en in bedrijf stellen van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeerwerk met technisch overleg, projectbegeleiding en ondersteuning bij complexe storingen. Je werkt samen met IA-collega’s, andere afdelingen en externe partners en bewaakt daarbij de samenhang tussen besturing, visualisatie en productie-informatie. Je verdiept je in Java-georiënteerde MES-aanpassingen, batchprocesstandaardisatie en industriële netwerken. Ook ontwikkel je samen met je collega’s de automatiseringsarchitectuur verder, met aandacht voor onderhoudbaarheid, veiligheid en hygiëne. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en beheren van industriële besturingen en automatiseringssystemen - Technisch begeleiden van projecten en afstemmen met interne disciplines en externe partners - Realiseren van Java-georiënteerde aanpassingen, visualisaties, equipment en PFC’s binnen de MES-omgeving - Opstellen en actualiseren van functionele ontwerpen, technische ontwerpen en projectdocumentatie - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van FAT, SAT en TC bij installatieafname en inbedrijfstelling - Bewaken en doorontwikkelen van de IA-visie en automatiseringsarchitectuur met je collega’s - Doorvoeren van modificaties en ondersteunen bij complexe automatiseringsstoringen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Industriële Automatisering en minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving - Kennis van PLC-programmering met Phoenix Contact PC Worx, Rockwell en Siemens en van industriële netwerken - Kennis van Java, MES Toolbox en PAS-serverconfigurati.
