The posting

Bij een ingenieurs- en adviesbureau in Schiedam ontwerp je instrumentatie en besturingssystemen voor industriële installaties en fabrieken. Je werkt aan mono- en multidisciplinaire projecten binnen onder meer chemie, petrochemie, farmacie en voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Daarbij vertaal je proceseisen naar instrumentenspecificaties, technische documentatie en een passende besturingsopzet met PLC- en DCS-systemen. De projecten dragen bij aan verduurzaming, digitalisering en het verbeteren van industriële processen. Je bewaakt de technische samenhang en houdt rekening met veiligheid, uitvoerbaarheid en budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je detailengineering af met overleg met projectmanagement, leveranciers en installateurs. Je stelt ramingen op, neemt deel aan HAZOP- en SIL-studies en begeleidt junior engineers bij technische vraagstukken. Je krijgt ruimte om je expertise verder te verdiepen via vaktechnische coaching en opleidingen, met mogelijkheden om je loopbaan nationaal of internationaal voort te zetten. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerp instrumentatie en besturingssystemen voor industriële installaties en fabrieken. - Werk instrumentenspecificaties, datasheets, lay-outs, cause & effect-diagrammen en bestekken uit. - Stel kostenschattingen en urenramingen op binnen tenderteams. - Begeleid leveranciers en installateurs bij de implementatie van instrumentatie- en besturingssystemen. - Neem deel aan HAZOP- en SIL-studies voor procesveiligheid en functionele veiligheid. - Ondersteun en coach één tot twee junior engineers. - Bewaak kwaliteit, planning en budget in afstemming met projectmanagement. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma in Meet-, Regel- en Besturingstechniek of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je brengt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring mee in instrumentatie of automatisering binnen chemie, petrochemie, farmacie of food. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring bij een ingenieursbureau. - Je hebt ervaring met PLC- en DCS-systemen; programmeerkennis en ele.
