Om hun productieproces naar nieuwe hoogtes te tillen gaan ze op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Lasingenieur.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Engineer Lassen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de industrialisatie van lasgroepen binnen nieuwe engineeringprojecten.
  • Je analyseert de maakbaarheid, kwaliteit, veiligheid, ergonomie en kost van lasgroepen tijdens de concept- en ontwerpfase
  • Daarnaast vertaal je ontwerpen naar een efficiënt productieproces en optimaliseer je de werking van de lasserij
  • Samen met de gereedschapsafdeling bepaal je investeringen en werk je lay-outs en processen uit
  • Verder vertegenwoordig je de lasserij in designreviews en CRB-meetings
  • Tot slot integreer je nieuwe lastechnologieën en werk je nauw samen met andere ingenieurs en afdelingen om continu te verbeteren
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring met lassen is een pluspunt; belangrijker is dat je lastekeningen kan analyseren en snel verbeterkansen detecteert
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
