Locatie Tiel Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Tiel. Deze organisatie is een technische dienstverlener die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer en onderhoud van productie- en procesinstallaties in een productieomgeving. De organisatie werkt vanuit Tiel en levert onderhoudsdiensten en advies gericht op het maximaliseren van installatiebeschikbaarheid en het minimaliseren van kosten. De centrale Onderhoudsgroep binnen deze organisatie bestaat uit ongeveer 10 medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met Installatiebeheerders en Technici binnen de productieafdelingen. De onderhoudsactiviteiten omvatten het opzetten en beheren van onderhoudscontracten, het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het toepassen van methodieken zoals FMEc A/RCM voor het optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten. Er is een uitgebreid informatiesysteem beschikbaar waarmee betrouwbaarheidsanalyses van installaties worden uitgevoerd en waarop onderhoudsplannen worden beheerd. De organisatie stimuleert kennisoverdracht en coaching binnen verbeterteams en hanteert een TPM-georiënteerde aanpak voor beheer en onderhoud. Medewerkers werken binnen een centrale onderhoudsstructuur en leveren een bijdrage aan zowel preventief als verbetergericht onderhoud.
