Functieomschrijving Als Engineer Recruitment Consultant ben jij volledig verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen markt. Je combineert recruitment, relatiebeheer én business development. Dankzij jouw affiniteit met techniek en/of defensie spreek je de taal van engineers en begrijp je wat zij én onze klanten nodig hebben. Je begeleidt het hele proces: van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en vacatures tot het vinden, selecteren en plaatsen van de juiste engineering professionals.
