The posting

Als engineer schroefassen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de engineering en het productie gereed maken van de schroefasinstallaties van verschillende bouwnummers. Je tekent (3D & 2D) de schroefasinstallaties en stelt zeker dat de constructie voldoet aan de eisen van de classificatiebureaus (o.a. Lloyds). De Engineer Schroefassen werkt nauw samen in het team van de Lead Engineer Schroefassen, met Project Engineers en zorgt voor praktische begeleiding van de productieafdelingen binnen Akerboom. De Engineer rapporteert aan de Lead Engineer.

Je bent een enthousiaste, resultaatgerichte en praktisch ingestelde werktuigbouwkundig engineer met ervaring, bij voorkeur met enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de jachtbouw. Je bent bekend met toleranties en fijnmechanica. Je kan goed communiceren met de verschillende disciplines en bent stress bestendig. Je bent zeer klant- en servicegericht, zowel richting interne als externe relaties. Daarnaast ben je innovatief, resultaatgericht, teamspeler, neemt initiatieven en je gaat verantwoordelijkheid niet uit de weg. Ervaring met een 3D softwarepakket is gewenst, bij voorkeur met Solid Edge. Voor deze functie vragen wij een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde en beheers je in zowel woord als geschrift de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal.
