Wat verwachten we van je:o Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van alle aspecten van onderhoudsactiviteiten, in en rondom het hotel en stelt hiervoor een onderhoudsplan op dat wordt opgevolgd;o Je voert routine onderhoud, preventief onderhoud en noodonderhoud en -reparaties uit;o Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor technische projecten zoals renovaties, upgrades en nieuwbouwprojecten binnen het hotel;o Je hebt een behulpzame en professionele houding ten opzichte van gasten, collega's, directie en eigenaren, door kordaat en positief in te gaan op aanvragen en verzoeken;o Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de dagelijkse gang van zaken;o Je houdt mede een overzichtelijke en correcte administratie bij met betrekking tot reparaties, garanties etc. van installaties en apparatuur;o Je draagt mede zorg voor een juiste voorraad en beheer van materialen, apparatuur en gereedschappen en de stockage hiervan.

Functie-eisen: Wie zoeken we:o Je beschikt over een diploma of certificering in een relevant technisch vakgebied elektro en/of elektronica;o Je beschikt over basiskennis op het gebied van elektriciteit, water, gas en IT-infrastructuren;o Je bent per 1 september beschikbaar;o Je hebt een passie voor de gastvrijheidsindustrie, effectieve werkervaring in de luxe hotellerie is een pre;o Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van hoteltechnologie zoals liften, brandmeldsystemen, beveiligingssystemen, keukenapparatuur, etc.;o Je hebt affiniteit met duurzaamheid en milieubeheer;o Je hebt kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer, evenals wettelijke voorschriften met betrekking tot technische normen in de hotelindustrie;o Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden om zowel met gasten, collega's en leveranciers ervoor te zorgen dat technische behoeften worden begrepen en aangepakt;o Je hebt geen negen-tot-vijf-mentaliteit en begrijpt dat we opereren op het hoogste niveau in de hotellerie, 2
