Als Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en berekenen van werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten. Je werkt binnen een projectteam en levert zelfstandig ontwerpen aan voor de tekenaar/modelleur. Verder omvat je rol: Voorbereiden van activiteiten tijdens de montage- en opleveringsfase Opstellen van integraal ontwerp in lijn met de doelstellingen van de bouwpartners Beoordelen van ontwerpwijzigingen en adviseren over meer- en minderwerk Zorgen voor een optimale projectvoortgang door voorbereidende maatregelen Maken van aanbiedingen en ramingen, inclusief specificaties en tijdsplanning Overdragen van plannen en kennis aan de projectverantwoordelijke Wat biedt Unica jou? We bieden je: Goed salaris: tussen €3.905,- en €5.840,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), afhankelijk van jouw expertise. Daarnaast ontvang je een bonus omdat je deelt in de winst door onze winstdelingsregeling. Reiskostenvergoeding: Als je een eigen auto hebt ontvang je een vergoeding van 0,23 eurocent per km. Je kan er ook voor kiezen om een OV-jaarabonnement vergoed te krijgen. Vrije tijd: 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen om te ontspannen en te genieten. Pensioen: Uitstekende pensioenregeling via het Pensioenfonds Metaal waarbij Unica twee-derde van jouw premie betaalt. Ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden: Toegang tot een breed scala aan opleidingen en cursussen. Wij vragen van jou: Relevante werkervaring als Engineer Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit Kennis van toepasselijke computerprogramma’s, normen en voorschriften Daarnaast beschik je over: MBO/HBO-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde Kennis van marktproducten en concepten Inzicht in actuele eenheids- en m²-prijzen Een sterke focus op maximale klanttevredenheid (intern en extern) Jouw team Je gaat werken binnen Unica Building Projects: dé partner voor nieuwbouw en renovatie projecten van alle technische installaties en systemen. Alle techniek in en om gebouwen wordt door Unica Building Projects ontworpen, gerealiseerd en beheerd. Met onze brede kennis en kunde zijn zij in staat om kleine, grote en complexe projecten van A tot Z voor opdrachtgevers te realiseren. Het team bestaat uit een aantal Engineers en BIM Modelleurs.
