Je werkt aan slimme werktuigbouwkundige installaties en ziet jouw ontwerpen terug in de praktijk. Van eerste idee tot uitvoering: jij zorgt dat alles technisch klopt en soepel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Als Engineer W werk je aan de technische voorbereiding en uitwerking van werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je bent vanaf de ontwerpfase betrokken bij verschillende projecten en zorgt ervoor dat technische ideeën worden vertaald naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare ontwerpen. Je werkt daarbij nauwkeurig en houdt rekening met de wensen van de opdrachtgever, technische eisen, veiligheid en de planning. Je maakt technische tekeningen, berekeningen en ontwerpen voor onder andere klimaatinstallaties, werktuigbouwkundige installaties en andere gebouwgebonden techniek. Daarbij gebruik je verschillende teken- en engineeringsprogramma's. Je controleert je eigen werk en zorgt dat technische informatie compleet en duidelijk is voor de collega's die met jouw ontwerp aan de slag gaan. Als Engineer W heb je regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, werkvoorbereiders, monteurs en andere engineers. Je bespreekt technische vraagstukken, denkt mee over oplossingen en past ontwerpen aan wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Geen project is precies hetzelfde. Dat zorgt voor afwisseling en geeft je de ruimte om jouw technische kennis steeds verder uit te breiden. Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken. Je denkt mee wanneer er technische vragen ontstaan en zoekt samen met de betrokken partijen naar een praktische oplossing.
