Als Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het engineeren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen diverse bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, adviseurs en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat installaties niet alleen voldoen aan alle eisen en normen, maar ook praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je denkt mee vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je technische tekeningen uitwerkt, berekeningen maakt en zorgt dat alles klopt. Je bent het technische geweten van het project en zorgt ervoor dat de installaties perfect aansluiten op de wensen van de opdrachtgever en de mogelijkheden op de bouwplaats. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: - Het engineeren en uitwerken van werktuigbouwkundige installaties zoals verwarming, ventilatie, koeling en sanitair; - Het maken van technische berekeningen en het opstellen van materiaalbegrotingen; - Het uitwerken van technische tekeningen en schema's in 2D en 3D; - Het afstemmen met projectleiders, adviseurs, leveranciers en uitvoerders; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget tijdens de engineeringsfase; - Het adviseren over innovatieve en duurzame installatieoplossingen; - Het begeleiden van de uitvoering en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken op de bouwplaats.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Engineer of Lead Engineer, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexere projecten en het aansturen van een team. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke installatietechnieken, zoals duurzame energieoplossingen of gebouwautomatisering. De organisatie investeert actief in opleidingen en certificeringen, zodat je altijd op de hoogte blijft van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de installatietechniek.
