Ben jij een engineer die graag verder kijkt dan alleen het 3D-model op je beeldscherm? In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende technische producten en constructies binnen een productieomgeving. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar slimme, maakbare oplossingen en blijft betrokken tot het moment dat jouw ontwerp daadwerkelijk in productie gaat. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werk, schakelt rechtstreeks met productie en collega's en ziet het resultaat van je engineering uiteindelijk gewoon op de werkvloer terug. Functieomschrijving Na het binnenkomen van een nieuwe opdracht ontvang jij de technische uitgangspunten en klantspecificaties. Dat kan gaan om het aanpassen van een bestaand product, maar ook om een volledig nieuw ontwerp. Je beoordeelt de eisen, bespreekt technische aandachtspunten met collega's en gaat vervolgens in SolidWorks aan de slag met een eerste concept. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat technisch mogelijk is, maar vooral ook naar maakbaarheid, materiaalgebruik en een efficiënte productie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ontwerpen en uitwerken van klantgerichte producten en constructies; - Het maken van 3D-modellen, samenstellingen en productietekeningen in SolidWorks; - Het technisch uitwerken van nieuwe aanvragen en specificaties; - Het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van hulpmiddelen en mallen voor de productie; - Het meedenken over lasconstructies, plaat- en buisbewerkingen en assemblage; - Het oplossen van technische vraagstukken vanuit productie, montage en werkvoorbereiding; - Het verwerken en vastleggen van ontwerp- en tekeningwijzigingen; - Het begeleiden van prototypes en ondersteunen bij de ove...
