Deze organisatie opereert binnen de industrie en ontwikkelt producten waarmee gebruikers veilig en ergonomisch op hoogte kunnen werken. De engineeringafdeling ontwikkelt nieuwe ladders en trappen, verbetert bestaande ontwerpen en zorgt voor technische borging en naleving van relevante normen in nauwe afstemming met productie en het testlab. Het team werkt vanuit een pragmatische aanpak waarbij korte lijnen tussen engineering, productie en testen innovaties versnellen en concepten snel realiseerbaar maken in Zwolle. De rol van engineering omvat productontwikkeling, detailontwerp, validatie en het opstellen van productdocumentatie en specificaties. Deze organisatie hecht grote waarde aan kwaliteit en veiligheid en test nieuwe producten uitvoerig volgens actuele normen en regelgeving. Engineers krijgen de ruimte om ideeën te implementeren en te optimaliseren en kunnen doorgroeien naar projectleidende functies binnen de afdeling. De samenwerking met productie, montage en kwaliteitszorg staat centraal om ontwerpen efficiënt en beheersbaar in productie te brengen. - Je ontwikkelt nieuwe ladders en trappen en vertaalt concepten naar productiespecificaties en tekeningen als Engineer WTB

- Je optimaliseert bestaande ontwerpen en voert technische verbeteringen door in samenwerking met productie en het testlab

- Je maakt 2 D en 3 D CAD-modellen in Solid Works en bereidt productie- en montagetekeningen voor

- Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en coördineert producttesten

- Je ondersteunt de implementatie van ontwerpen op de werkvloer en stelt technische documentatie en specif
