Engineering Manager Gevasol maakt deel uit van een internationale organisatie met een productielocatie in Nederland en diverse R&D- en productiebedrijven in het buitenland. Binnen deze internationale omgeving worden continu nieuwe producten ontwikkeld en bestaande producten verder geoptimaliseerd. HBO/WO 40 We zoeken een Engineering Manager (MT-lid) Als Engineering Manager speel je een belangrijke rol in het tijdig voorbereiden van onze Nederlandse productieorganisatie op zowel nieuwe als gewijzigde producten. Een belangrijk onderdeel van onze engineeringactiviteiten is het ontwikkelen en inrichten van productieprocessen voor nieuwe producten en wijzigingen aan bestaande producten. Daarbij horen ook de benodigde productiemiddelen, tooling en eindtesten om deze producten succesvol in productie te kunnen nemen. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en maak je deel uit van het Management Team. Wat ga je doen? Als Engineering Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle introductie van nieuwe producten binnen onze productieorganisatie. Daarnaast zorg je voor de technische voorbereiding van wijzigingen aan producten die al in productie zijn. Het engineeringteam bestaat uit vijf engineers en drie medewerkers van de toolshop. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze productielijnen op het juiste moment en op de juiste manier zijn ingericht om nieuwe en gewijzigde producten te kunnen produceren. Hiervoor onderhoud je intensief contact met de R&D- en productiebedrijven binnen onze internationale organisatie. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van toekomstige ontwikkelingen en kun je tijdig bepalen wat deze betekenen voor onze productieomgeving. Je borgt dat processen, productiemiddelen, documentatie, assembly-instructies en CAD-data tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de benodigde product- en artikelstructuren correct worden ingericht in het ERP-systeem. Ook zie je erop toe dat tooling en eindtesten gere...
