The posting

Als Engineering Manager Datacenters ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je leidt de elektrische engineering van een datacenterproject: voeding, noodstroom, UPS en verdeling, van concept tot uitvoeringsdossier.
  • Je stuurt het team van ingenieurs en tekenaars aan en verdeelt het werk over de projectfasen.
  • Je volgt de bouwfase mee op: je bewaakt de planning op de werf en zorgt dat de uitvoering het ontwerp volgt.
  • Je stemt af met de aannemers en installateurs over methode, volgorde en oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt per project de scope, het budget en de contractdocumenten.
  • Je zit de ontwerpbesprekingen voor met de andere disciplines en beslist over wijzigingen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant, van de eerste vraag tot de indienststelling.
  • Je bent drie tot vier dagen per week bij de klant of op de werf, de rest van je week vul je flexibel in.

Als Engineering Manager Datacenters sluit je aan bij het volgende profiel:

  • Master in een elektrotechnische of elektromechanische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met elektrische installaties in grote gebouwen of industrie: hoog- en laagspanning, noodstroom, UPS.
  • Ervaring met de bouwfase: werfopvolging, aannemers aansturen en opleveren.
  • Dit is een leidinggevende projectrol; je hoeft zelf niet meer te tekenen of te rekenen.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels; Frans is een troef.
