Dan is deze functie als Engineering Project Coordinator misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Binnen deze rol ben jij de verbindende factor tussen engineering, productie, productmanagement en externe partners. Je bewaakt de voortgang van ontwikkelingsprojecten, brengt structuur in complexe trajecten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Engineering Project Coordinator zorg jij ervoor dat technische projecten efficiënt verlopen en dat alle betrokken teams goed samenwerken.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je coördineert R&D-projecten van opstart tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, scope, kwaliteit en deadlines
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen engineering, productie, productmanagement en andere interne stakeholders
  • Je coördineert de opvolging van nieuwe regelgeving zoals de Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) en zorgt ervoor dat vereisten tijdig vertaald worden naar concrete acties binnen R&D-projecten
  • Je begeleidt de overgang van technische ontwikkeling naar industrialisatie en productie
  • Je bewaakt afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende projecten en zorgt dat prioriteiten duidelijk blijven
  • Je ondersteunt bij resourceplanning en helpt teams om capaciteit optimaal in te zetten
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe ontwikkeltrajecten en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Je ondersteunt bij processen rond threat modeling, kwetsbaarheden en nieuwe regelgeving

  • Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van technische projecten binnen een multidisciplinaire omgeving
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving met hardware, embedded software of productontwikkeling
  • Je kan verschillende stakeholders verbinden zonder directe hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en weet mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen
  • Affiniteit met product security, compliance, audio, DSP of AV-technologie is een sterke troef
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt

Je combineert analytisch vermogen met empathie en weet mensen en organisaties samen vooruit te brengen.
