Onze partner is wereldleider in materiaalkunde: een stabiele internationale groep met een sterke Belgische verankering en vier locaties verspreid over het land. Dankzij innovatieve recyclageprocessen recupereren ze edelmetalen uit bronnen zoals laptops en mobiele telefoons voor hergebruik in hoogwaardige toepassingen zoals zonnecellen voor satellieten, oplaadbare batterijen, led-technologie en katalysatoren.

Voor de site in Olen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Projectmanager Engineering. Binnen de afdeling Project Engineering ben je de komende jaren verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en leiden van technische industriële projecten, van concept tot en met realisatie. Deze projecten situeren zich in productieomgevingen, infrastructuur en R&D, en variëren in type én in fase: sommige bevinden zich nog in de opstart, andere zijn al volop in uitvoering. Het gaat hier om een opdracht voor lange termijn (meerdere jaren).

Wat dit concreet inhoudt:

  • Bepalen van de projectscope (technisch, budget, resources, planning) in overleg met de opdrachtgever.
  • Samenstellen en aansturen van het projectteam.
  • Opstellen van het volledige technische ontwerp van het project.
  • Voorbereiden van bestekken en aanbestedingsdocumenten voor bestellingen, ingenieursbureaus en aannemers (intern en extern).
  • Selecteren van leveranciers, engineeringpartners en aannemers, inclusief het inschatten van benodigde resources zoals ontwerpers of externe ondersteuning.
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van alle betrokken resources, zowel intern als extern.
  • Onderhouden van continue communicatie met de interne opdrachtgever, het detecteren en beoordelen van wijzigingsaanvragen en het verwerken van scopewijzigingen.
  • Rapporteren aan stakeholders over voortgang, risico’s en resultaten.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als Project Manager of Senior Project Engineer in multidisciplinaire industriële projecten binnen de procesindustrie.
  • Uitgebreide ervaring met MS Project als projectmanagementtool en alle gangbare aspecten binnen projectmanagement.
  • Je kan initiatief nemen en als drijvende kracht het project leiden, waarbij je stakeholders, teams en contractors doelgericht aanstuurt.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, en communiceert vlot op alle niveaus (klanten, collega’s, leveranciers en management).
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig.
