Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Maasmechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een technieker.

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat geassembleerde producten voldoen aan de meest recente kwaliteits-, en revisie-eisen.

Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het oplossen van problemen met apparatuur, het stimuleren van continue verbeteringen in de assemblageafdeling door te voeren en het ondersteunen van de afdeling Veiligheid en Preventie om veilige en ergonomische werkomstandigheden te waarborgen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • De afdeling Veiligheid en Preventie ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het vastleggen van veiligheidsprocedures
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van veiligheidsinstructiekaarten (VIK) en inbedrijfstellingsrapporten
  • Assemblagemedewerkers ondersteunen bij het oplossen van technische problemen
  • Onderhoud of reparaties uitvoeren aan gereedschappen en apparatuur
  • Projecten initiëren en afronden om de efficiëntie, productiviteit en reactiesnelheid te verbeteren, met aandacht voor ergonomische werkomstandigheden
  • De meest kosteneffectieve manieren bepalen om overtollige voorraad te verminderen door middel van herwerking of demontage van units die mogelijk niet voldoen
  • Opvolging geven aan kwaliteitsproblemen en technische wijzigingen (Engineering Changes), tests uitvoeren en relevante afdelingen informeren over noodzakelijke informatie
  • Technische informatie en instructies bijwerken en beheren, zodat de meest recente revisies beschikbaar zijn voor de assemblage van hoogwaardige producten
  • Assemblagemallen, gereedschappen en apparatuur beoordelen volgens CE-normen en toezien op de naleving van wettelijke veiligheids- en preventievoorschriften
  • Stuklijsten (Bill of Materials) beheren in het orderverwerkingssysteem (Oracle) en indien nodig werkorders aanmaken of aanpassen
  • Een bachelordiploma in de elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting
  • Een diploma als preventieadviseur (niveau 3) heeft de voorkeur
  • Aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van preventie en veiligheid in een technische omgeving
  • Sterk vermogen om complexe technische en organisatorische problemen te doorgronden
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift (Nederlands en Engels)
  • Ervaring met MS Windows-applicaties, waaronder Word en Excel
