Functieomschrijving Maak het mee Binnen Materieel Beheer werken verschillende engineers en specialisten dagelijks aan het onderhouden, verbeteren en modificeren van ons materieel. Hierbij ontstaan technische vraagstukken op het gebied van onder andere constructies, sterkteberekeningen, materiaalkunde en technische documentatie. Als trainee ga jij aan de slag met vraagstukken zoals: - Het ondersteunen van modificaties aan materieel. - Het opstellen en verbeteren van keurings- en onderhoudsplannen. - Het uitvoeren of ondersteunen van sterkteberekeningen. - Het vastleggen en borgen van technische documentatie. - Het afstemmen van procedures en werkwijzen tussen Materieel Beheer en het Technisch Bedrijfsbureau. - Het verbinden van engineering, uitvoering en de constructieafdeling. - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en deze zelfstandig uitwerken. Je krijgt veel ruimte om eigenaarschap te nemen. We zoeken iemand die niet afwacht, maar zelf initiatief toont en verbeteringen doorvoert. Samen zijn we één Je komt terecht binnen een technisch team waar vakmanschap centraal staat. Juist daarom is er behoefte aan iemand die structuur brengt, processen helpt uniformeren en technische kennis op een duurzame manier vastlegt. Hier krijg je de kans om inhoudelijk de diepte in te gaan én tegelijkertijd invloed uit te oefenen op hoe engineering binnen Materieel Beheer georganiseerd wordt.
