You will be responsible for processing and managing documents and administrative data. You make sure that information is entered correctly into the systems and that documents are digitally available and easy to retrieve. Your responsibilities will include: - Entering and updating data in different systems; - Processing and digitizing documents; - Scanning, checking, and administratively processing information; - Checking and organizing administrative data; - Archiving and managing files and documents; - Supporting other administrative activities when needed. Wat we je bieden You will work in a pleasant and informal environment where accuracy and teamwork are important. You will receive proper training and guidance, allowing you to quickly learn the tasks and systems and eventually work independently. You can expect: - A gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €3,100 based on a 40-hour workweek; - A position for 32 to 40 hours per week; - A temporary assignment; - 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance; - Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer; - Good onboarding and guidance to help you become independent in your role quickly.
