What You’ll Do: Monitor and analyse player behavior to detect potential risks

Communicate with players via phone or email to provide guidance and support

Follow internal procedures on self-exclusion, underage gambling, and player protection

Work with management to improve Safer Gambling processes and awareness

What You’ll Bring: Native or near-native English fluency

Strong empathy, listening, and communication skills

Passion for Safer Gambling and interest in addiction psychology

Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail

Team-oriented and eager to learn
