Ben jij gebeten door de fietsmicrobe? Een technische duizendpoot die een oplossing probeert te vinden voor elk probleem? Dan ben jij de persoon waar we bij naar op zoek zijn bij Fietsen Wildiers!

Wij zijn een snelgroeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en het onderhoud van e-bikes, stadsfietsen, speed pedelecs en sportfietsen. Momenteel tellen wij, bij Fietsen Wildiers, al 35 vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel. Elke vestiging is voorzien van zowel een grote showroom alsook een moderne werkplaats van waaruit we fietsen afmonteren, herstellen en nazichten uitvoeren.

Om onze kwaliteit te kunnen blijven garanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste fietstechnieker om ons team te versterken.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit bij Fietsen Wildiers?

  • Je herstelt een breed gamma van verschillende fietsen (van eenvoudige stads- en kinderfietsen tot koersfietsen, e-bikes en (e-)cargobikes)
  • Je ondersteunt de logistieke en verkoop diensten bij het verwerken van nieuwe leveringen, de afmontage van nieuwe fietsen en de verkoop en installatie van fietsaccessoires.
  • Je ondersteunt de filiaalmanager met een aantal administratieve zaken (zoals schade- en garantiegevallen).
  • Je contacteert klanten telefonisch of via e-mail om hen in te lichten over de status van hun fiets.
  • Je ondersteunt het team op een proactieve en enthousiaste manier. Op rustigere momenten zorg je ervoor dat de werkplaats en winkel mooi op orde zijn en dat alle werkplaatsproducten aangevuld zijn.
  • Je volgt trainingen en cursussen om je kennis over fietstechnologieën bij te schaven.
  • Je hebt ervaring met oftewel fietsherstellingen of je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in een andere technische functie of werkplaats (bijvoorbeeld een autogarage of een andere hersteldienst).
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door fietsen en fietstechnologie.
  • Je kan, na een korte inloopperiode, zelfstandig werken aan fietsen waarbij je na afronding van een herstelproject wel steeds terugkoppelt naar je leidinggevende en/of de filiaalmanager.
  • Je hebt naast technisch talent ook een portie communicatieve vaardigheden. Je kan beleefd en correct klanten te woord staan en hebt geen schrik om hen telefonisch in te lichten over hun fiets. Kennis van software is zeker een meerwaarde maar geen must.
