Enquêteur CBS Zaandam 16 - 24 uur per week €19,20 per uur Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als enquêteur bij het CBS in de regio Zaandam draag je bij aan het verzamelen van gegevens die inzicht geven in hoe mensen in Nederland leven, wonen en werken. Je bezoekt adressen in jouw regio, voert gesprekken met bewoners en verzamelt gegevens via enquêtes. Dit werk vraagt om sociale vaardigheden, zelfstandigheid en een gestructureerde aanpak. Je hebt de vrijheid om je eigen planning te maken, maar het is belangrijk dat je efficiënt en georganiseerd te werk gaat. Wat je gaat doen: - Bezoeken: je bezoekt adressen in jouw toegewezen werkgebied om bewoners te benaderen voor deelname aan CBS-enquêtes. - Gesprekken voeren: je legt contact met mensen, legt het doel van de enquête uit en zorgt voor een prettige en professionele sfeer. - Gegevens verzamelen: je neemt enquêtes af, zowel ter plekke als op afspraak, en verwerkt de verzamelde informatie nauwkeurig. - Planning: je stelt je eigen werkschema op en plant je bezoeken zo efficiënt mogelijk, rekening houdend met de beschikbaarheid van bewoners. - Overleggen: je neemt deel aan maandelijkse bijeenkomsten met je regiomanager en collega's om ervaringen te delen en op de hoogte te blijven van ontwikkelingen. Wat we je bieden - Een startsalaris van €19,20 per uur (schaal 5.3 cao Rijk). - Een tijdelijk contract tot en met 31-12-2026, met zicht op verlenging en vast dienstverband. - Een werkweek van 16 tot 24 uur, die je flexibel kunt indelen. - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag van 5% bovenop je uurloon. - 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8%. - Kilometervergoeding van €0,37 per kilometer voor je reizen. - Alle benodigde middelen, zoals een laptop en telefoon. - Goede begeleiding door je regiomanager en een betrokken team. - Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen via trainingen en feedback. - Werk waarmee je bijdraagt aan onderzoek dat zichtbaar is in heel Nederland. - Mogelijkheid om werk en privé...
