Je werkt vanuit een professioneel contactcenter in regio Mechelen waar verschillende marktonderzoeken worden uitgevoerd voor externe opdrachtgevers. Het team ondersteunt organisaties bij het verzamelen van kwalitatieve feedback via telefonische bevragingen.

Als enquêteur neem je telefonisch contact op met particulieren of bedrijven om hun mening te verzamelen over producten, diensten of maatschappelijke thema’s. Je werkt met een vooraf opgestelde vragenlijst en registreert de antwoorden correct in het systeem. Je doel? Betrouwbare data verzamelen die bedrijven en organisaties helpt betere beslissingen te nemen.

Wat zijn jouw taken als ENQUÊTEUR?

  • Telefonisch contacteren van respondenten op basis van een aangeleverde lijst
  • Afnemen van enquêtes volgens een vastgelegde vragenlijst
  • Antwoorden nauwkeurig registreren in de software
  • Respondenten vriendelijk en neutraal begeleiden door de vragen
  • Zorgen voor correcte en volledige gegevensverzameling
  • Respecteren van privacyregels en onderzoeksrichtlijnen
