LA PERSONA SELECCIONADA SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE SUPERVISAR Y ACOMPAÑAR A UN EQUIPO DE TRABAJADORES/AS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL DURANTE EL DESARROLLO DE LA ACTIVIDAD LABORAL EN LOS DIFERENTES ENCLAVES. ENTRE SUS PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES ESTARÁN:

  • SUPERVISIÓN, ORGANIZACIÓN Y APOYO AL EQUIPO DURANTE LA JORNADA DE TRABAJO.
  • SEGUIMIENTO DEL CORRECTO DESARROLLO DE LAS TAREAS Y DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS ESTABLECIDOS.
  • APOYO Y ACOMPAÑAMIENTO A LAS PERSONAS TRABAJADORAS EN EL PUESTO.
  • COORDINACIÓN CON LOS RESPONSABLES DEL ENCLAVE Y CON EL EQUIPO TÉCNICO DE ESPURNA.
  • TRANSPORTE DEL EQUIPO HASTA EL CENTRO O ENCLAVE DE TRABAJO UTILIZANDO VEHÍCULO DE EMPRESA.

REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:

  • PERMISO DE CONDUCIR B EN VIGOR.
  • DISPONIBILIDAD Y FLEXIBILIDAD HORARIA.
  • CAPACIDAD PARA ORGANIZAR, SUPERVISAR Y ACOMPAÑAR EQUIPOS DE TRABAJO.
  • RESPONSABILIDAD, INICIATIVA Y BUENAS HABILIDADES DE COMUNICACIÓN.

SE VALORARÁ:

  • EXPERIENCIA PREVIA TRABAJANDO CON O SUPERVISANDO A PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL.
  • EXPERIENCIA COMO OPERARIO/A DE MANIPULADO, GALVANIZADO O PRODUCCIÓN INDUSTRIAL.
  • EXPERIENCIA EN TAREAS DE CARGA Y DESCARGA Y TRASVASE DE MATERIALES.
  • EXPERIENCIA PREVIA COMO ENCARGADO/A, JEFE/A DE EQUIPO O PUESTO SIMILAR.
  • ESTAR EN POSESIÓN DE CERTIFICADO DE DISCAPACIDAD IGUAL O SUPERIOR AL 33 %, SIEMPRE QUE SEA COMPATIBLE CON LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO.

TIPO DE CONTRATO: TEMPORAL A JORNADA COMPLETA.

HORARIO: DE LUNES A VIERNES, TURNOS ROTATIVOS MAÑANA, TARDE, Y TURNO CENTRAL (DE 8:00 A 16:00 HORAS).

SALARIO: 1.453 EUROS BRUTOS MENSUALES, EN 14 PAGAS. SEGÚN CONVENIO.
