Onze klant is een gevestigde bank met een sterke focus op duurzaam risicobeheer, prudentiële governance en langetermijnwaardecreatie. Om de verdere uitbouw van haar risicofunctie te ondersteunen, kijkt de organisatie uit naar een Senior Enterprise & ALM Risk Manager voor het kantoor in Gent.

Jobomschrijving

  • Ontwikkelen en challengen van het Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) en risicobeleid
  • Bewaken van de samenhang tussen strategie, risicoprofiel, kapitaal en liquiditeit
  • Analyseren en challengen van ALM, rentegevoeligheid en liquiditeitsrisico's
  • Deelnemen aan ALCO en andere governancecomités vanuit een onafhankelijke tweedelijnsrol
  • Evalueren van balans- en treasurybeslissingen in lijn met risk appetite en limieten
  • Bijdragen aan en challengen van ICAAP, ILAAP en stresstestprocessen
  • Analyseren van scenario's, kapitaalbuffers en liquiditeitsbuffers
  • Monitoren van KRI's, limieten en emerging risks
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses rond funding, liquiditeit, concentratierisico en IRRBB
  • Challenge van modellen, data, assumpties en risicometingen
  • Rapporteren aan management en governancecomités
  • Samenwerken met Finance, Treasury, Business en toezichthouders
  • Opvolgen van actieplannen en escaleren van materiële risico's
  • Masterdiploma in Economie, Financiën, Handelsingenieur, Actuariële Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen Risk Management, ALM, Treasury, Finance, Audit of Banktoezicht
  • Sterke kennis van Enterprise Risk Management, RAF en bancaire regelgeving
  • Ervaring met ICAAP, ILAAP, ALM en liquiditeitsrisico
  • Kennis van IRRBB, kapitaalplanning en balansbeheer is een belangrijke troef
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en kritische mindset
  • Comfortabel in contacten met senior stakeholders en management
  • Pragmatisch, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
  • Hoge mate van integriteit en professioneel verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
