Onze IT-teams hebben diepe domeinkennis, maar een overkoepelende doelarchitectuur ontbreekt nog. Als senior enterprise architect adviseer je de directies van onze retailformules en stel je kaders voor IT. Je bent geen 'politieagent', maar overtuigt op inhoud en balanceert tussen merk-autonomie en een schaalbaar Mandemakers-landschap. - Capability Mapping: Je brengt het applicatielandschap en de legacy in kaart en bouwt een groepsbrede business capability map. Daarmee maak je overlappingen en risico's inzichtelijk - API-first & AI: Je ontwerpt een integratiestrategie op basis van API's en microservices. Je stelt kaders voor databeveiliging, privacy (AVG) en de adoptie van AI-toepassingen - Kaderstelling & ALM: Je formuleert de architectuurprincipes (zoals buy-versus-build-versus-configure) en richt application lifecycle management in om de technische schuld af te bouwen - Strategisch advies: Je koppelt de business verander-kalender aan de doelarchitectuur en adviseert directies vooraf over de juiste technologische route - Sparringpartnerschap: Je bent adviseur voor de CIO en inhoudelijk gesprekspartner voor de solut...
