Als Enterprise CSM zorg je ervoor dat onze enterprise-klanten continu waarde realiseren met Studytube. Je bent strategisch partner voor directie en HR/L&D-stakeholders, je leidt adoptie- en verandertrajecten en je borgt succes over de volle samenwerking: van onboarding, waarde realisatie tot renewal en uitbreiding. Wat je gaat doen Je geeft richting, creëert beweging en maakt resultaten zichtbaar-bij klanten én intern. Als Enterprise Customer Success Manager (of CSM) maak je impact bij jouw klanten én binnen Studytube. Voor jouw klanten ben jij als Studytube-expert een partner en adviseur: je brengt focus in doelen, vertaalt ambities naar plannen en laat de resultaten zien. Binnen Studytube vertaal je klantfeedback naar productontwikkeling én coach je collega-CSM's. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams, zoals het implementatieteam, onze service agents, product owners en de marketing- en sales teams. Concreet: - Strategisch account management : bouw en onderhoud multi-threaded relaties (HR/L&D, IT, Finance, MT). Stel gezamenlijke succesplannen met duidelijke doel- en meetpunten op en lever op gezette momenten inzichten en advies over optimalisatie van platformgebruik. - Adoptie & verandermanagement : Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering - jouw ervaring met CS, projectmanagement of software-implementaties helpt je om klantprojecten soepel te laten landen - Value realization : vertaal L&D-ambities naar KPI's en outcomes (adoptie, skills-progressie, efficiency, ...
