In verband met het vertrek van ons Bestuurslid Facilitaire Zaken zoeken wij per direct een opvolger. De belangrijkste aandachtspunten in deze rol zijn het functioneren van de infobalie van De Kroon, het CultuurhuysCafé en het Rabotheater. Wat breng je mee: • Je vindt het belangrijk dat "Cultuur" een bruisend hart op het Gouweplein in Waddinxveen heeft en je wilt daar graag je steentje aan bijdragen. • Je wilt graag meedenken en beslissingen nemen, in samenspraak met collega bestuursleden, over de missie en visie van De Kroon. • Je bent iemand die graag vrijwilligers enthousiasmeert, inspireert en motiveert en je vertaalt dit probleemloos naar de doelstellingen van De Kroon. • Je hebt, bij voorkeur, ervaring in een horeca, facilitaire en/of operationele leidinggevende rol / relevante managementervaring. • Je bent een teamplayer en vindt het belangrijk om een goed (werk-)klimaat te creëren voor de groep van facilitaire vrijwilligers, de Facilitair Manager en vaste gebruikers van De Kroon. Dit ga je doen: • Je hebt vanuit de Stichting de eerste verantwoordelijkheid voor de facilitaire zaken en de Facilitair Manager; • Je stuurt vanuit je bestuursrol de groep van facilitaire vrijwilligers, zoals gastvrouwen/-heren, medewerkers beeld, licht & geluid, medewerkers infobalie, projectbegeleiders theater. • Je stemt nauw zaken af met de Facilitair Manager van De Kroon. • Je bent maandelijks aanwezig bij het "bestuursoverleg" van De Kroon en ook maandelijks bij het "facilitair overleg" waar operationele/facilitaire zaken (horeca, techniek, programma, inzet vrijwilligers) aan de orde komen.
