Over ons:

Sportline Waregem is dé sportwinkel in de regio, gespecialiseerd in een breed assortiment sportartikelen en -kleding. Of je nu een beginner bent of een ervaren sporter, wij willen onze klanten de beste service bieden en hen helpen hun sportieve doelen te bereiken. Onze winkel staat bekend om een persoonlijke aanpak, kennis van producten en passie voor sport.

Wat ga je doen?

- Klanten adviseren: Je verwelkomt klanten vriendelijk, luistert naar hun wensen en adviseert hen over onze producten, met speciale aandacht voor tennis, maar ook voor andere sporten.

- Verkoop en presentatie: Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke winkelruimte, helpt bij het uitpakken en presenteren van nieuwe producten en zorgt dat de winkel er steeds netjes en overzichtelijk uitziet.

- Productkennis delen:Je deelt jouw kennis over sportartikelen, zoals de juiste keuze van tennisrackets, schoenen en accessoires.

- Bestellingen en voorraadbeheer: Je helpt mee met het aanvullen van de voorraad en het verwerken van bestellingen.

- Klantenservice: Je zorgt voor een positieve winkelervaring, beantwoordt vragen en helpt bij het afhandelen van eventuele klachten.

- Actief meedenken:Je denkt mee over promoties, acties en het organiseren van kleine evenementen in de winkel.

- Een passie voor sport en een interesse in sportproducten.

- Kennis van het bespannen van tennisrackets is een pluspunt

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantvriendelijkheid.

- Proactieve houding en enthousiasme om klanten te helpen.

- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om volgens een vast rooster te werken

- Ervaring in retail of verkoop is een pluspunt, maar vooral jouw enthousiasme en leergierigheid tellen.
