Wij zijn een gezellig en actief Shantykoor ( bestaan 30 jaar) uit de regio Hoorn en zoeken een dirigent die onze groep met plezier, muzikaliteit en duidelijke leiding kan aansturen.We bestaan uit een hechte groep van circa 26 zangers/combo van 5 muzikanten die houden van maritieme muziek, optreden en samen plezier maken. We zoeken iemand die structuur brengt, muzikaal sterk is en het leuk vindt om met een enthousiaste groep te werken.Wat bieden wij: Een warm en betrokken koor Repetitieavond bij voorkeur op dinsdagavond ( 3 tot 4 x per maand - zomerstop juli/aug) Optredens voor gasten uit Amerika / Engeland / China en Duitsland in de regio rondom het Markermeer en Shantyfestivals in binnen- en buitenland Jaarlijks een eigen Shantyfestival in de haven van Hoorn Goede samenwerking met bestuur en muziek-/geluidscommissie Wat zoeken wij: Muzikale professional of ervaren amateur-dirigent Iemand die duidelijk leiding geeft en een positieve sfeer neerzet Iemand die ons meerstemmig repertoire verder wil ontwikkelen Functieprofiel: Dirigent ShantykoorWij zoeken iemand die: Muzikaal sterk is, met ervaring in koorleiding (liefst lichte muziek / shanty / maritiem repertoire). Duidelijk leiding kan geven en orde houdt zonder streng te worden.Humor heeft en past bij een gezellig, sociaal koor.Structuur brengt in repetities: opwarming, stemvorming, duidelijke aanwijzingen.Kan werken met verschillende niveaus zangers.Repetities efficiënt én leuk maakt.Bereid is om mee te denken over optredens, repertoire en presentatie.Energie en enthousiasme meebrengt.
