Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, nieuwe collega om ons team te versterken.

Bij voorkeur vinden we iemand met ervaring in het notariaat als dossierbeheerder.

Bij notariskantoor Laura Jacobs kom je terecht in een gemoedelijk en enthousiast team bestaande uit vier medewerkers en de notaris waar kwaliteit en klantvriendelijkheid centraal staan.

Jouw rol:

Om de kwaliteit in onze waaier van dossiers te kunnen blijven garanderen, zijn wij op zoek naar een notarieel medewerker/(notarieel) jurist. In deze functie is het jouw taak om:

  • Als dossierbeheerder het dossier op te volgen van het begin tot het einde;
  • Onze cliënten correct en volledig advies te verstrekken tijdens de sleutelmomenten in hun leven;
  • Samen met de collega’s te zoeken naar constructieve oplossingen om onze cliënten een kwalitatieve dienstverlening te kunnen blijven bieden en om ons kantoor steeds opnieuw naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

  • Jij hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma rechten (en eventueel notariaat) of rechtspraktijk en reeds ervaring in het notariaat;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de standaard IT-tools en hebt eventueel al ervaring met ActaLibra;
  • Je bent stipt, vriendelijk en klantgericht en bereid om samen met het team voor resultaat te zorgen.
